PAL on Jetpack 4.5.2 Xavier

I installed PAL on Jetpack 4.5.2 Xavier. It is giving me the following error. Earlier, I thought it was giving this error because the VPI library was not correctly installed. I reflashed xavier and reinstalled all SDK components correctly. I installed PAL firmware again but it is still giving me the same error message.
